“PROCESSES IN SITU” Research Volume, DK
Feb.2016-June 2016
Processes in Situ is the research volume part of Urban Architecture master's thesis, investigating how natural, social and spatial processes shape the experience of contemporary cities. Drawing on theories of landscape urbanism, process urbanism, mobility, embodiment and public life, the publication explores the city not as a fixed object but as a dynamic field of relationships continuously transformed through movement, interaction, ecology and time. Through critical reflection, visual analysis and spatial observation, the research advocates for a shift from designing static forms toward designing adaptable frameworks that accommodate change, foster meaningful experiences and strengthen the dialogue between people, nature and the built environment. The publication represents an early foundation of ongoing interest in process-driven design, spatial experience and the creation of environments that are sensed, inhabited and continuously evolving.
